Construction started by MRF group, located on Gulan street (40m road) it’s only 2 km away from the center of the city and it’s very close to the Erbil International Airport with being only 5 minutes far. It is also close to Bakhtiyari street. -Consist of four towers: Each tower has 29 floors.
